We try to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). However, during busy periods, it may take a little longer.
UK orders over £20.00 are shipped free of charge using the Royal Mail 48 service (some chain guards are shipped with Hermes) and most items arrive within 2 - 3 days of dispatch. Options for 1st Class and Next Day Guaranteed postage are available at extra cost at the checkout. Please note: Replacements/refunds for lost UK items will only be issued after 10 working days have elapsed from the due date of delivery.
International orders are fulfilled using Royal Mail/DHL/UPS/DPD. Delivery is usually made within 5 - 7 working days of dispatch. Please note: Replacements/refunds for lost international items will only be issued when 30 working days have elapsed from the due date of delivery.
Customers automatically receive an email with tracking information as soon as their order has been dispatched.
Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive. We are totally reliant on couriers and the postal service for delivery of our items and there can be delays beyond our control.
If you are not in when the courier calls, they will leave a note with instructions on how to rearrange delivery. Please respond promptly to prevent the parcel being returned to us.
To protect us from fraudulent claims of undelivered items, all parcels are sent with services that provide confirmation of delivery. We will not provide refunds for parcels that show as delivered on the courier's tracking page.
If overseas orders are returned to us because the item is unclaimed or unwanted, shipping costs will be deducted from any refund given
2) Sales Tax (VAT)
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) unless otherwise stated. Customers outside of the UK will see VAT removed at the checkout.
Overseas customers please note - the recipient is fully responsible for any additional local import duties/charges/taxes that may be charged. If a shipment is returned because of the refusal to pay these charges, RSR Moto's costs (shipping and taxes) will be deducted from any refund provided. Please contact your local customs office for information on charges that may be added.

3) Returns & Refunds
Our aim is for you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If your item is faulty, please contact us to arrange a full refund including postage costs.
UK Customers: If you would like to return your item because you have changed your mind, that’s no problem. Simply return it to us within 30 days, unused and in the original packaging, and we will give you a full refund of the purchase price. In such cases we ask that the buyer covers the cost of return postage. If you paid extra for 1st class delivery the additional postage costs will not be refunded.
Overseas Customers: If you return an item because you have changed your mind, or ordered the item in error, our shipping costs and any import taxes we pay will be deducted from your refund.

Order may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch by notifying us using the Contact page. A full refund will be given.
Orders cancelled after they have been dispatched may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund not including postage/shipping costs.

Our products carry a three month warranty against manufacturing and material defects from the date of purchase. If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact us on email@example.com and we will be pleased to assist you.
We recommend professional installation of all carbon fibre and titanium products. If you opt for DIY installation, please be advised that we cannot be held liable for any resultant loss or damage.

Billing Terms & Conditions
All payments are due when you place your order. If payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be accepted and no goods will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept Paypal and bank transfer as methods of payment.
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of prices. We try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices on this website are accurate, however, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
